The invited guests – exclusively leaders of the shipping community- will compete with their teams in an 18-hole golf tournament, dressed in individual contests of Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin. The program continued with Cocktail & Networking, Award Ceremony and Dinner at Costa Navarino “Flame” restaurant.

The registration of interested parties was made electronically until 18 July following a personal invitation. The maximum number of teams was set to 18 teams of 4 players each. Participation were free of charge, including Match, Cocktail & Networking and Dinner. Because of the limited number of seats, absolute order of priority was maintained in the entries.

Dozens of leaders from the shipping community from Greece and abroad have once again revealed their love of golf by claiming the “2nd Maritime Golf Event” awards that took place at the Dunes Course in Costa Navarino on Saturday, September 24th, 2016.

The weather helped to carry out the 18-hole race in which 20 teams participated and included individual contests Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin.

The tournbament event was followed by a cocktail & networking award ceremony, while over 120 official guests – prominent representatives of the domestic and international shipping community – enjoyed the cocktail and dinner at the Flame Restaurant.
